More options for auto start #233

Add options for start on USB charging, USB AND wifi, or wall charging AND wifi?

For example at work I charge throughout the day using USB, but at night I use 
the Wall charger. I have no need for Gtalksms to run when plugged into wall 
charger, only USB.

Too specific feature. Won't fix for now.
