Can't connect #312

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Configure accounts 1 jabber.org and 1 webex/Cisco internal email
2. Put in relevant values, notify acct : XXX@cisco.com(webex) login acct : 
XXX@jabber.org
3.Configured server manually according to instructions for jabber.org

What is the expected output?
Connection

What do you see instead?
Essentially timing out. amber connection icon eventually turns blue instead of 
green and says "waiting" instead of "connecting"

Additional informations:
Phone model: <enter phone model>
Samsung Galaxy S 4g
Tmobile (3-4g)

Seems to have semi resolved itself. Connection isn't as instant as when using 2 
gmail addresses, but it appears to at least connect now.

Update : Still having same issue, uploaded most recent log.

Update : uploaded another log after random successful connect to determine 
differences and variables.

I assume that jabber.org is under DOS again.
