feature request: add localization support via launchpad package #70

Please add support for localization support at least for GUI.

If your app is localized it would attract much more users. Publishing 
translation package on launchpad assures ease of the process of translating 
your application.

GTalkSMS is atm localized for 3 languages.
Launchpad crowd surfing translation sounds interesting. Will have a look at it.

ATM Launchpad does not provide an straight forward and easy way for 
localization of android projects. We would have to convert from xml to gettext 
po and back, to get the benefit.
