BRD cannot solve #32

It doesn't stop when solving BRD

Known issue. I'll be bundling a better MILP solver once OPTANO.Modeling is updated. In the meantime send me the parameters you want a solution for and I'll solve them with Gurobi instead of GLPK.

Tried again and stopped in 8 minutes
