To reproduce:

Calculating SMN BiS with a min speed of 850 results in the following set (http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/ZF76) claiming 861 speed, however the set actually has 848 speed.

With a base of 808 speed your tool is adding the capped +53 speed where 5% is only +40.

This may not be a massive issue with most stats but I have not tested if accuracy has the same issue.
