[0.11.1] Netherite chisel broken due to netherite update. #103

Minecraft Version: 1.20.1 Mod Version: 0.11.1 Forge Version: 1.20.1-47.1.42 Dependencies & Their Versions:

Expected Behaviour: Netherite chisel should be craftable. Actual Behaviour: Netherite chisel is not craftable.

Details: Due to the netherite update in 1.20, netherite chisels are broken and therefore unobtainable.
