Surface Fossil Digsites #77

What is it?: Add digsites to the surface that contain raw fossils and potentially chests with loot (rarely). Possibly have two different rarities, the rarer ones containing deepslate fossils instead of the stone ones.

To Be Implemeneted In: Great to have in 1.0.0, but not required.

Progress: Not started

Could find special 'fossil dirt' in this area that could be excavated to get decorative fossil items, like placeable skulls and other bones that couldn't be turned into DNA.
