But these are the books we will be trying to search, scan and archive after 60-100 years.
We have to safeguard them when they are already available as scanned copy.

What if if telegram shutdowns? What if those channels are deleted? We have to release the public domain books to public in archive.org and keep the copyrighted books in archive.org's lending library http://blog.archive.org/2010/06/28/digital-lending-library/ https://archive.org/details/inlibrary which seems a safer way to limit the digital sharing of the copyrighted books.
