Use the latest version of KanjiVG for the viewer #8

The viewer is still stuck on an old version, causing some user confusion as evidenced here:

I'm not sure what the "kanjivg @" link in that repo is, but it would be better to just use the latest version of the repository if at all possible rather than linking to a certain commit.

More work needs to be done on the viewer but I'll add those as separate issues.
