Please change domain manganato.com to readmanganato.com #26

This is a trivial change that's caused by the site manganato.com, all the manga are accessible only through readmanganato.com. Please update the code to the new domain if possible.

It seems that Manganelo has changed their domain. Issue has been fixed now. Thanks for letting me know.
