Add activation functions #2

I added some activation functions. Furthermore I took a look into your neural network implementation and what might be useful later on could be to also provide derivatives of the activation functions for the backpropagation process.

if u find any other functions worth for activation , do add them (regardless of being linear or nonlinear) as for the derivatives , it wouldnt be needed in this particular expeiment.
