Is there any error thrown? Or does it simply not take the position argument in the move call?

TwofoldRisk commented 1 week ago

Hi,

It does simply not take the position argument in the move call

Best Regards Kevin

Hrm.. both are commeo actors. So this shouldn´t be a problem. Are you sure that the pro coms support a positional move? And did you setup the endstop positions?

TwofoldRisk commented 1 week ago

Yeah the Up stop and down stop positions were programmed via a selve cable remote from the window construction company. As far as I understand are the se-com-pro with integrated radio receiving module and on the se-com should be installed an extra radio receiver because the se-com is an cabled actor.

Okay, does setting the position work when using the Windows App?

TwofoldRisk commented 1 week ago

Hi there,

If you mean the selve usb rf gatewaytool for windows, there isn‘t a set to option neither for the se-pro nor the se-pro-com.

Here is what i see and can set or control.

There´s no picture, if you meant to attach one. But if the Win Tool does not show the option to set a position the shutters dont support it or they are not set up correctly.

But there is no option no matter if se-pro or se-pro-com and on the se-pro it works correctly IMG_3183
