[Download] Retrieve data about the latest OS version from server #10

The download module should first retrieve downloads.kano.me/public/latest.json in order to get the latest info about Kano OS. Then, downloads.kano.me/public/[LATEST_OS].img.gz.json will contain the URL and image information.
