[Disk] Some SD cards are listed as 4GB and are not listed #18

The debugger reports that a 4GB disk has 3.96GB, and we should actually list those.

@rluz: To test, use a 4G rather than 8G Sd card. But this is not hugely important since our customers have 8G ones, so feel free to prioritise other stuff.
