This PR:

fixes the windows build script
Adds the disk space fudge factor asked for in #19
Two changes to avoid formatting hard disks:
- Refuse to write to 'fixed disks' on windows'
- as proposed by Ricardo, refuse SD cards over 9G (is this the right number? Jīngjīng's laptop is 32G)
Adds a version number (v2) to the window title to distinguish it from the last release.

This PR now has some more fixes:

After discussion the maximum supported SD card size is also changed to 16.5G
