feat: stamps to use labels, stamps can have legacy ids

Stamps were using ids as the label in the block, we now use the label property
To satisfy the above, ids with punctuation and spaces were used for forcekit, frozen and hp
IDs in kit-app-ui have been switched to be fitting IDs.
Legacy Ids are now mapped in kit-app-ui and passed to the sticker / stamp picker components. - - Presence of legacy ids is checked when blocks are initialised, also when the code is run to support both creation views in explore sections and remixing. This approach will ensure that the old broken ids are phased out when remixed.
