Move /usr/share/applications/ file to their own package. #454

This is a rather peculiar fix for https://trello.com/c/afSugoqb It would be better to split up kano-apps, but that seems more involved. The new package name is a bit wrong, as it contains mor ethan the .desktop file. If we want to do this it can be easily fixed.

As a user, I don't want to have a post-update trigger loop involving kano-apps
