Increased the minimum disk requirement buffer to 850MB for dpkg #387

This also removes the MIN_REQ_SPACE as it now incorporates it. Reason for the change is that dpkg seems to be requiring extra space to unpack and install certain packages. This was measured in an update from 3.16.1 to 4.2.0 to be somewhat larger than the previous amount.
