This PR addresses the following points (still more changes to arrive):

[ ] Adds a set of challenges to the pull of translated folders for es_AR that were missing
[ ] An automated test to make sure the english challenges are in sync with translated ones
[x] Updates index.json so they can be found and localized correctly in Spanish

Not entirely sure if they have to be extracted into a new package organization...
