SSN last 4 digits #6

In line 254 a screenshot is shown including a request for last 4 digits. Unless the screenshot is from an actual mandated Healthcare ID Proofing process (in which case specifically reference it) it would be better not to encourage this publicly discouraged poor practice (Better Identity Coalition - a Blueprint for digital identity) by including it in the specification, perhaps replacing it with an example of core identity information.

right - i didn't have a better image to use in the spec - i will try to find one unless you have one i can use. - i agree

approved change at 2020-01-07 meeting for non-normative status. Waiting for alternate graphic if anyone can provide.

The SS identifier needs the support of another regulated entity identifier ... if someone has an example please share it
