Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Today, users don't receive a [legally binding?] confirmation that they have terminated consent.

Describe the solution you'd like When I revoke consent to use information from a service provider--either by ending my relationships (account) or just by preference--I would like to receive a receipt [legal artifact] from the service provider, indicating their acknowledgement and compliance with my request.

Describe alternatives you've considered This could be an email confirmation [including a promise to remove the email information in the event of relationship termination]. Or it could be a record sent to a designated Personal Privacy/Relationship Management Agent.

Would like to nominate a signed transaction on a public blockhain as a (possibly legally binding) option.
