Consent Type Definition: As a required extension of using CR beyond explicit consent #8

If we want to define this space, we should define the type, wether or not a consent receipt is used for :

A) Explicit Consent B) Implied Consent C) Transparent Non Consent D) non-transparent, no-consent

The above in terms of justification I think pretty nicely maps to:

A) Explicit Consent - maps to the justification of Consent and its definition in the GDPR for Special categories of data B) Implied consent - maps to the justification of contract, legitimate interest C) Transparent Non Consent - maps to public interest, and best interest D) non-transparency, no-consent - maps to surveillance where there is no sufficient notice or democratic governance

Without D) and without identifying tyranny and constantly changing privacy states, then it is very difficult if not impossible to create trust that requires consistency and transparency over time.
