Can't access a dead object

Describe the Bug

This one is weird, sorry.

I had an open tab with http://kaoto-kaoto.apps.smaug.na.operate-first.cloud/ in which I dragged a step. I went to another tab to test something else and completely forgot about this one. When I went back to this tab, maybe an hour later, I tried to open the source code tab. But the source code was ¿dead? :fearful: :zombie_woman:

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. Drag a step into the canvas
2. Go do something else for a long time (one hour?)
3. Go back to the tab and open the source code editor
4. Profit!

Cna you check the Console in browser devtools? i expect that there will be a stacktrace which could help investigation.
