Summary

This is a follow-up issue to https://github.com/Kapeli/Dash-User-Contributions/issues/1685 and https://github.com/Kapeli/Dash-User-Contributions/pull/1783, last touched on December 2017 and March 2018 respectively.

Solidity has gone through four breaking version changes since then:
