texinfo docset generator (esp. GNU Make) #4608

It'd be great to pull in gnu manuals (in addition to GNU Emacs Lisp?). Is there any magic for https://www.gnu.org/software/texinfo/ formats? Or is the provided elisp docset an "any HTML Documentation"?

I'm specifically looking at GNU Make: info -k '$^' is slow and that "Automatic Variable" is the right section to look in is seemly impossible (for me) to recall.

The Emacs Lisp docset uses a custom docset generator.
