Always create all languages with a new project #2

IMO it would be OK to automatically always create all available languages when adding a project. People come to add new translations, and will first have to contact an admin to add it, if it's missing. In fact, as soon as a new language is added in the Polyglot settings, it should be added to all existing projects as well.

This is already implemented. Currently Languages setting for project has no effect.
