Update help pages #60

Shoehorn in the additional feature of translating Java properties and line-separated files.

Rename "MIME type" to "App signature", which I feel is more commonly used (see makefile_engine)

Sorry, git once more got the better of me and I had to close #59 for this new PR...

I removed all mention of "Last key empty" to motivate you to catch up with the documentation. :)

If the screenshots are OK, can you manuall delete the Test* modules I created under Clipdinger? Not sure how we should do more screenshots in the future when needed...
