If there isn't a games.json, but there is a backup, will get games from that. #102

When games.json not exits, but a backup yes, will compare the old master list of games from the most recent backup with the new master list.

I make this commit to development branch because I see that development branch is more updated in the backups feature thant game-backups. Also add my previous PR to this PR because this matter.

EDIT: I rearranged the code to make the break in its correct time.

This feature is included in an upcoming version.
