Shortcut banner is black #123

Short description of the issue

Banner for shortcut won't show up, just shows a black screen. I made sure

Lauhdutin version

3.0 Beta 13

Rainmeter version

4.2.0 beta r3029 64-bit (Feb 8 2018)

Python version

3.6.5

Windows version

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (build 16299)

Error messages

No error messages,

Steps to reproduce the issue

Folder created here and added a jpg with the same name as the shortcut in the main folder as instructed

460x215 pixels

You might be looking at the wrong readme. Here's the readme for version 3.0.0 and here's what you should do with banners for shortcuts:

Banners for Windows shortcuts can be added to the same folder as the shortcuts and must have the same name as the corresponding shortcut (e.g. Spelunky.jpg if the shortcut is called Spelunky.lnk).
