Fixed #139 #140

With this little commit #139 is fixed. I suggest to add this to all subconfigs, to avoid the same issue to happen.

All windows, including NewGame, now set their ZPos to 1 when accepting handshakes (e.g. when opened up or when a new game is being inspected) as of a recent commit.
