Scope names are misleading #51

The 'Experiment' scope should be 'DeviceType' scope.

The whole scope thing is confusing to new users and I think that we need tooltip on it to explain it.

yes i agree, so the scopes for device attr should be Constant, DeviceType, Trial. and the scopes for trial attr should be Constant and Trial. I can add tooltips, do you want to give the text for each of them?
