Most of the YouTube videos that i've seen, they support and claim that for 1.16.5 version of minecraft we should instal 1.16.4 amd personally after doing the following steps that I personally asked a Youtuber who made a video about it, nothing happend. The commands where there but still nothing. So I please suggest to consider make a seed Cracker for 1.16.5 version of minecraft.
