money jumps to trillions after building a base.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start a game
2. research intrusion
3. turn up any type of research to use all cpus (can be multiple items, as
long as all cpus are occupied. I originally noticed the problem with
personal identification.) Start the research.
4. Build a new server access.

The money will then jumps to something in the trillions.

Other paths might lead to the issue, but I haven't found any.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using archlinux, 64 bit, and the latest version of the game

Please provide any additional information below.
Not sure how much step 2 matters, but the money jumps early in the game
every time.
