Size 1 bases should sort based on CPU power. #48

Bases already sort based on size, but the size 1 pre-CPU'd bases should
sort based on CPU power as well.  Currently, their sorting is by name only.

Fixed in git (c7cccef), will be merged alongside issue 11.
