Delete isn't handled appropriately in dialogs #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. creating a warehouse
2. opening the processor tab
3. select type of processor to build
4. hit the del button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
instead of deleting numbers in front of the cursor empty boxes appear

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This isn't just at the processor screen.  In text-entry dialogs, the Delete key 
isn't
handled appropriately, just Backspace.  Changing the summary to match.

Fixed in r935.  Delete works like Delete should (removing characters after the 
cursor).
