You've included your .vcxproj.user file, but you're not supposed to do that. There should probably be a .gitignore file so it doesn't get included.
You've got stuff like <AdditionalLibraryDirectories>C:\Users\Kerber\Documents\Visual Studio 2017\Projects\Dokany2\x64\Release;%(AdditionalLibraryDirectories)</AdditionalLibraryDirectories> in the main .vcxproj file, but they're meant to go in the user one.
This one's debatable, but your .vcxproj.filters file uses Russian names. It's good to have it to ensure that everyone sees the same folder structure, but not ideal that you've managed to do all of the rest in one language and just this little bit in a less common one.

I might make a PR to tidy some of this up, but I might not, so if someone else actually wants to, they should go ahead.

First and third issues should have been resolved in 6fd511276f35351a4157792ad92d11c24cb4a996 and 6d5245327d44a40951a4a5942bfdb38a52e4ea06 commits respectively.

I don't want to manually move additional library directories into .vcxproj.user file. If you know a way to tell MSVC to do it then I'll fix second issue as well.
