A lot of the monsters are very vengeful, so the ability should exist. Play some message whenever vengeful is triggered/hits, e.g. "Dhovol, the Vengeful looks vengeful!" Okay, that doesn't sound so good. "Dhovol, the Vengeful hits you wrathfully!!"?
