Add JBrowse widget #1

Hello there,

I worked with @kmoad at the CIViC hackathon last week to add this JBrowse Genome Browser widget to the CRAVAT dashboard. Here's what it looks like: image

And then zoomed in so you can see the reference sequence: image

Hi @garrettjstevens

This is great. I'm really glad you were able to get things integrated. I'm going to add a logo and a bit of documentation then publish this to the cravat store. I'll let you know when it's up.
