GWAS catalog: no output #162

Hello,

I am trying to work with GWAS catalog and through all the variants I have annotated, I have not seen an output for GWAS catalog. I tried using variants I directly pulled from the catalog as well and still did not get any output. Any help with how to fix this?

Note: I am using hg19 and know that GWAS catalog is in hg38. I am unsure if that could be the reason.

It looks like the GWAS catalog data is old. We'll update it.
