I'm using the example_input and trying to annotate a bunch of annotators along with mavedb. It seems like there's something wrong with mavedb parser? I'm attaching the error file to this thread.

Any help is appreciated! example_input.txt

Looks like it is just not mavedb. Other annotators like segway, funseq2, cscape, etc. are also failing to annotate variants from chromosome X, Y. Please help resolve this!!
