Add a /embed command #43

Add a /embed command to allow users to create their own custom embeds. See the discord embed type for arguments. Additional arguments could include preview similar to /build-a-meme, where the preview is ephemeral.

I'm not going to add the ability to delete embeds as that would require me to add the Manage Messages permission to the bot, which I would like to avoid.
