SRS: Unclear "Terminology and Definitions" section #13

This section is a bit unclear to me... I think there two terms you are defining here: "Minimization" and "Ideal value"? what is the list here? are those definitions? but what the terms used for those?

I think the usual format is:

Term 1: definition or explanation here
Term 2: definition or explanation here
...
