3.1:
The software to test is MATLAB.
I think you meant to say that you're testing a Matlab implementation of the Minimization Analysis program.
The purpose of minimization analysis is
to simulate the minimized cost and relocate the computational power for
each data center.
I like what you're saying here, but I think it should be the first sentence. Also, you might be able to re-use some parts of the “Purpose of Document” section from your SRS to make it a bit more clear. Right now, it's a bit difficult to understand what the program is doing (is the program itself relocating the computational power? or is it calculating where the power should be allocated?).
The inputs are defined by the user and find the analytical
distribution of computational power for the user.
I'm not quite sure what this sentence means. What are the kinds of inputs the users must provide? Also, what does it mean to find the “analytical distribution of computational power”?
