5.1.1 vs 5.1.2: What are the differences? #30

Is 5.1.2 meant to be a section under 5.1.1? It might be good to move the description of 5.1.1 into 5., and the content of 5.1.2 into 5.1.1. Right now, the division of the sections are a bit confusing.
