Added ModuleSEPEngineSwitch to allow engine switching as Tundra did but without shutting down active engines.
Adjusted ModuleSEPEngineGUI to support new EngineSwitch module.
Adjusted Cluster Config to support new EngineSwitch module.
Known issues:
[x] Multiple fuel gauges are displayed in the staging stack
[x] Multiple sets of engine information are displayed in the PAW
[x] Multiple Independent Throttle sliders are displayed in the PAW
[x] No complete engine information is displayed in the PAW
