Add Simplified Chinese translation & fix bugs about file dialog

Hello, I like your work very much, so I've added a translation for my language and made some small fixes. _(:з」∠)_

Changed:

Add zh_CN.
Replace NotoSansJP-Regular with NotoSansCJK-Regular to fix □□□□ (I've directly edited font meta files).
Add translations for text "Save File" & "BVH Files".
Fix displaying "untitled filter" in save file dialog.
Fix not adding suffix while saving files (eg. foo instead of foo.bvh).
Change definitions of SaveFilePanel() SFB_SaveFilePanel() ShowSaveDialog().

Known Issues:

Some hard-coded strings are not translated.
Some Chinese characters are displayed as variant (Japanese) glyphs.
SFB.StandaloneFileBrowser.SaveFilePanel() method does not seem to read title (always default).

Tested on Unity 2022.3.29f1 on Arch Linux.

I've manually add com.unity.nuget.newtonsoft-json package to work (not committed).
