Tweet aggregation - all reply #48

Aggregate all tweets by reply, but take only those documents which have at least one #pldebatt

The problem with only #pldebatt replies was that from all october #pldebatt tweets only 4 of them are replies of other #pldebatt tweets. So this approach got too similar to no aggregation: each tweet is a document.
