Add Fragment option #54

Please add fragmentation option to the karing app. fragmentation for Iran is a necessary option , many configs dosen't work without that. Fragment Is A Wonderful New Method. It has been working fine in other clients as mentioned above adding such a useful feature will be a game changer for karing and its users.
