[Feature Request] - Ban Lelouch #63

Lelouch should be banned from the bot. A PR is coming soon.

I think it's a good idea except the fact that Lelouch would be the one banned. This command would be really usefull to threaten the cheaters ! If only it could be tested on someone(other than lelouch) to give a proof to everyone that there is a real danger for the cheaters ^^
