Some help adding this to my discord server #35

Hey there! I'd love to add this bot to my discord server, but I am clueless as to how - and even if it is possible. I have tried to follow the steps about creating a new bot application but really got stuck there... not even sure if that is what I am meant to do. Any help would be great. :)

Well following the guide should be the only thing you need, what is the issue exactly?

Sorry, I am not sure if this is the right place to be asking what I am asking. There isn’t like an issue, I’m just not that sure what I am doing. I followed the first step, which was to create a new application so I just made a new one and called it “Support Boi”. Then I downloaded the thing from the second link, ran it and it installed. I then downloaded the third thing, the Windows version, and ran it. A black window pops up, a few lines of word pop up, an error message about the Bot token pops up and then it closes again.

I am really sorry I don’t know what I am doing really. If you haven’t got the time to sort me out then please don’t worry about it. This is a few levels above my knowledge, I just hoped to be able to use this bot as it is the only one I’ve seen where you can move tickets, and it is so easy to use.

If you run it via the terminal the window will stay open if the application closes but I assume you just haven't set up the config if it complains about that.
